Hello, My name is Cameron Crabb. I would like to know if there is anyone still out there who knew my grandfather, Charles Dean Crabb. He was serving on the USS Maryland during WWII. Between the war and an accident after the war in which he hit a little girl with his truck and killed her, he never talked much. He died about 17 years ago. I spent a lot of time with him while he was still alive but I was young and don't remember many of the stories he did tell and I'm sure due to my age he wouldn't tell.

If there is anyone out there who knew him or have heard stories about him I would love to hear any information you might have. I believe he was a gunner on the ship.

Thank you,

Cameron Crabb
